Refund policy

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product by sending a written notice of withdrawal to the Seller. A withdrawal form will be sent by the Seller via email upon the Buyer's request.

The Buyer must return the product to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. All return shipping costs must be covered by the Buyer.

The Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• The product, by its nature, cannot be returned, spoils quickly, or is quickly consumed
• The product was custom-made specifically for the Buyer
• The Buyer has opened the packaging

According to Section 12, Part Six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.”

The Seller reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct a compensation fee if:

• The product is damaged,
• Shows signs of careless use,
• The original packaging is missing or seriously damaged,
• Or the instructions were not followed during use.
